An Exclusive Private Gathering

In place of a large public conference, The Last Crusade is gathering a limited number of families and individuals for an intimate, focused weekend of formation, fellowship, and Traditional Latin Mass at Black River Manor. Nestled along the shores of the Black River in South Haven, this private setting allows for deeper conversation, undistracted prayer, and the kind of serious spiritual work that cannot easily happen in a hotel ballroom.
This is not a spectator event. It is a working gathering of Catholics who understands that the restoration of the Faith requires both clarity of mind and courage of heart.
Who This Is For
This gathering is intended for serious Catholics — families, couples, and individuals — who are serious about confronting crisis in the church. Space is intentionally limited so that conversation remains real and the atmosphere remains prayerful.
What to Expect
Black River Manor
Private Retreat • South Haven, Michigan
Over three days you will hear from trusted voices in the work of spiritual combat and Catholic restoration. Kyle Clement will open and frame the weekend, guiding the central discussions. Jason Jones will deliver a major address followed by extended Q&A. Rachel Mastrogiacomo will share from her experience and insight. A recorded message from Fr. Chad Ripperger will be included, with additional contributions still being secured.
The schedule deliberately leaves space for conversation, property walks, campfire discussion, and unhurried time together. The weekend culminates on Sunday with Confessions, and the Traditional Latin Mass.
Weekend Outline
Friday
Arrival and settling in. Shared dinner at 6:00 PM followed by campfire discussion from 8:00–10:00 PM.
Saturday
Breakfast at 8:00 AM. The formal program begins at 9:00 AM with Kyle Clement framing the day’s work. Jason Jones speaks at 10:00 AM with substantial time for questions. After a late-morning break and property tours, lunch is served at noon. The afternoon continues with further talks and conversation, including a message from Fr. Chad Ripperger. The day closes with dinner at 6:00 PM.
Sunday
Confessions from 8:00–8:30 AM. Traditional Latin Mass at 8:30 AM. Breakfast follows at 9:30 AM, then a closing address by Kyle Clement. Checkout after the morning program.

Lodging & Inclusions
Participants stay in private Amish-built cabins on the property.
Cabin Package — $5,000
(Friday night and Saturday night)
This rate includes:
• Private cabin lodging for two nights
• All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast
• Full access to the weekend’s talks, discussions, and liturgy
• Use of the property and its amenities
Most cabins sleep eight guests; one sleeps six. Cabins are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as reservations are confirmed. See ‘Accommodations’ tab for full cabin descriptions.
Saturday Day Rate — $350
Available for those who wish to attend the full Saturday program and meals without overnight lodging. Capacity is limited.

Those who wish to support the gathering more deeply may underwrite individual meals:

• Lunch (Saturday or Sunday): $2,500
• Breakfast (Saturday or Sunday): $1,000
